How to drop the div at certain position?

Hi,
I am working on angular 8 application.
Requirement::

Drag the div any drop any certain position on the page. I have found solution in jquery 1.9.1.See reference: http://jsfiddle.net/Aneeshmohan/qbxfbmtt/
