index.html generator using bash

My goal was to have the manifesto be a pure text file that is then converted to html and inserted into an index.html template

I didn't want to use any fancy template/site generator so I created a couple simple python scripts and a Makefile

sure, using a jinja2 template system would probably be easier in the long run, but right now this method has not requirements except stock python
