Remove osrd-images and add a default image

What is this feature about?

The idea is to remove the feature to select default images during the creation of a project (see image below).

We also want to have a default image for projects that does not have a custom one.

Ops:

• Remove osrd-images
• Adapt chart
• Archive repository

Front:

• Remove the feature where this features
• Users should still be able to upload their own images.
• When an image is not provided for a project, the frontend should use a default image (see below)
