Biological Activity of Suggested Compounds

We have received the results for the four compounds (#22) that were suggested by the winners of the competition (#18).

UPDATE: We received the potencies for the last two compounds this morning. Unfortunately they were both inactive which is a bit surprising. A by-product (Molomics 2) was also isolated from the reactions when making the Molomics compound which we also had tested. Nevertheless, this should be the last bit of data we need for the paper.

@edwintse, a part from the by-product "Molomics 2", did you tested also other by-products? It would be interesting for us to know that, even if they resulted inactive.

@gcincilla Yours was the only reaction in which I isolated a by-product during the final steps. More generally though, we have isolated tele-substitution by-products in some reactions (wiki here but needs expanding) and these products are typically inactive.
