Manual Calibration Option for Analog Sticks

First of all, thank you for the fantastic work on GP2040! The analog stick support is excellent—linear response and overall behavior are great.

However, I have a personal suggestion regarding the use of analog in the 0.7.12 firmware.

Problem

The automatic calibration does not always produce a perfect center on the first attempt, sometimes requiring unplugging and reconnecting the device to recalibrate.

Solution

Would it be possible to add a 'manual calibration option' button in the web interface? Ideally, this would allow users to set a fixed center point without relying on automatic calibration at every power-up. In practice, the stick center rarely changes, so manual calibration could be sufficient in most cases.

Thank you again for your efforts—I hope the analog stick calibration can become even more reliable and user-friendly in future updates!
