A super- admin admin cannot select a profile category that is marked as private. This may also apply to an admin with the appropriate permissions but I haven't tested it

1. Set a collection to private
2. Create a new profile collection and try to find the collection above in the collection dropdown - it cannot be found.

@milafrerichs I was not able to recreate this issue.

I tested on staging branch

For superuser:
It shows all collections even if collection is private and profile is private.

For admin user:

• It shows collections that are public and profile is also public
• if user has profile group added in groups it shows private profile collections else does not show them even if collection is public
