Description
Hello. First of all, thanks for the work of providing pre-built wheels for RPi. However I ran into an issue where I can't force it to use more than one core despite explicitly declare the parameter. I'm trying to use older versions (2.10 - 2.12), because you don't provide Flex delegate in latest versions.

General version of Tensorflow works fine, but I had hopes that the Lite version would give me better results.
