[Enhancement] Permit disablement of automatic contact savement.

2. This isn't a feature request

3. This is not a report about my app not working as expected

The Observed Problem

Automatic contact savement does not appear to be possible to disable anymore (in 5.0.315.1). ¹

The Desired Solution

Allow it to be disabled.

@RokeJulianLockhart This is still possible, merely the link to the support page that the Proton team mentioned on UserVoice has changed (as it's over ten years old by now).
