Now that Netlib LAPACK 3.12.1 is in, I could start trying to play with blas-feedstock bump. There's the matter of compiler flags from the compiler issue stack.

Finish cudnn mitigation, work towards unblocking pytorch 2.9 (especially cirun for osx), keeping toolchains up-to-date and in good health, flag issues and help with design work in conda-forge bot infrastructure, start nogil migration, handle 2 votes within cf/core.
