Construct advanced environment

Task: With travis.ci, on master branch, create javadoc automatically and update document page.

List:

• create github page (GItHub Page)
• setup travis.ci
• create github access token
• encrypt the token
• create shell script
• tell travis.yml to run the shell

Option:

• use doclava (this is nice javadoc)
• build jars automatically
