[feat] Allow users to use multiple GIF models

Issue Description

Currently, we only allow users to use one model namely HostShot-XL provide another models which are provided by Replicate and generate GIF in a way similar to HotShot-XL.

Known issues: Customization

One might argue that we should not be dependent on Replicate. We aren't organizations which decide to have this GIF generator on their server can easily customize this behavior and plug in any of their models, as long it follows the API guidelines. And it would just work as expected.

I’d love to work on this issue! Could you please assign it to me? I'll explore adding support for multiple models from Replicate while ensuring compatibility with the API guidelines.
