[FEAT]: UX Enhancememnt

Description

Below things are needed in the app to increase its UX:

1. Use web hook to trigger logged in message in app when user sucessfully logged in.

2. App should provide an Welcome message when user newly installs the app. It should have all the info for using the app and its features.

3. Add files for github Issues and PR Templates

4. Update the sub command: /email report ---> /email stats for better context of what it does to users

5. Update messages with: disconnet --> logout
