[FEAT]: Add feature for tagging #channel-names and #team-names in natural language query

Description

1. If user tags a #channel-name OR #team-name in natural language query then the recipient(s) for the email should be all the people present in #channel-name OR #team-name .

2. If user tags a @all in natural language query then the recipient(s) for the email should be all the people present in channel from where the query was entered by user.

3. Check for edge cases like when user tags @here , @app-bots (bots for applications installed workspace) , @rocket.cat etc...

• use @rocket.chat/message-parser for parsing channel names, teams, usernames etc.
