Looping output on big file

I have a 130Mb Wav file generated via Whisperboard.
The audio itself looks ok but the transcription with the tested: "thiny", "Large V3 Quantized" and "Large V3" are all off due to a bug.
Seems the transcription works until about 30% and then it starts to loop the output (although the audio seems ok)

Note: regenerating the transcription does not loop at the same position, but still loops somewhere at around 30%
