[Docs]: Basic Guides or Factsheet for Mattermost & Kopitiam

Problem to solve

• The most common questions so far is on configuration of server name on the desktop or mobile apps.
  (known issue occurence: at least twice)
• some people within the CSO space have confusion on kopitiam & mattermost
• It is not obvious where the invite link is.

Further details

• Probably a more relevant factsheet for Kopitiam (needs to highlight basic concepts -> server, channels, commands, etc... )
• Stronger branding for Kopitiam (pdf, swag:stickers, etc)
  (benefits: community building, awareness, d.r.y.)

Proposal

• fact sheet: build in public
• pdf, swag:stickers, etc
• polls or competition

Who can address the issue

• community officer
• community (anyone) with proper documentation guidance

• or just enter email address to Send invitation
