Slimevr driver does not connect on linux

Due to some runtime changes in steamvr 2.5, the slimevr driver broke.
A temporary workaround is changing your launch argument to ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/SteamVR/bin/vrmonitor.sh %command% until its fixed.

The driver already has a fix, which is #44, we need to make a release of the driver that supports this directory, and make SlimeVR-Server use it by default
