[Request] Sync plugin list to plugin folder

Feature Request Description

When there are changes made inside the plugin folder (Plugin is added / removed), add or remove the plugin also in the ui.
Either react reload directly when changes are made in the folder
or make a reload button for the whole list and reload when you try to enter a plugin menu which couldn't exist.
When I tested it, this feature already kinda works when adding new plugins, but not when removing plugins.

This probably won't be good for removing plugins, because then the plugin can't clean up properly
