USER ISSUE: Unable to Change keybinds #25678

Steps to Reproduce:
In the control settings I have changed my toggle third person key to F5 and it is still toggling using my middle scroll wheel. So changing keybinds is not actually changing the keybinds
Expected behavior:
Middle mouse wheel when clicked does not toggle third person after being change.
Actual behavior:
Middle mouse wheel when clicked is still toggling third person view after changing it to a different key.
Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
I personally do not have any mods installed the server has mods install but I am unaware of what they are.
