USER ISSUE: Avatar Setting tab Crashes game

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open settings
2. Open avatar tab

Expected behavior:
It should have let me change settings of my avatar

Actual behavior:
freezes my game and crashes to desktop

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
not that im aware of

The log contains no information about a crash, which hints at an issue at operating system level.
Could you provide the entry in Windows Event Log for the crash?
