Launch Stars now have the ability to freely be in their "Empty" state (think like the Green Launch Star from Super Mario Galaxy on the Comet Observatory). This is the main way that levels are kept in a locked state. This change requires that the file ObjectData/SuperSpinDriverEmpty.arc exist. GLE provides one for you.

To use this functionality, simply activate the Launch Star's SW_B with some kind of switch. Turn on the switch to make the launch star be empty, turn off the switch to make the launch star activate. If a demo is active at the time SW_B is de-activated, the "Launch Star Appear" animation will play. Otherwise, it will just instantly be ready for use.
