Hi there,

I have detected an issue on rendering a 3d shape as type IFCADVANCEDFACE of IFCEDGECURVE, which its EDGEGEOMETRY is type IFCTRIMMEDCURVE. 

I have attached the ifc file which I did the tests and the screenshots using web-ifc 0.71 and the lastest (0.72)

Screenshots details:

- BIMcollabZoom : Expected rendering
- WebIfc 0.71 : Render usign 0.71 version
- WebIfc 0.72 : Render usign 0.72 version (it seems something is broken from 0.71 version)

Thanks a lot for the response. I think it the geometry should be rendered like it does BIMcollab Zoom (like the picture below), isn't it ?

Just only for you information. It seems that the boundary that defines the IfcSurfaceOfRevolution of this issue has an edge loop of 6 trimmed Ifccurves and IfcBSplinesWithKnots that generates the expected shape.

web-ifc only builds the surface defined by the revolution of the profile3d (IfcSweepSurface).

So only needs to trim the surface with the defined boundaries to get the final result.
