Add cooldown for each resend verification attempt #195
Description
Instead of allowing the user to spam the resend code option and then have a cooldown after 5 attempts, I think it might be better if we make it so that after each resend code option attempt, the user has to wait 30 seconds to send another code. This is something minor, but may be something to implement in the future.
