Would be good to say what is better about WordPress/Documentation-Issue-Tracker#1 and WordPress/Documentation-Issue-Tracker#2 options at the top. Is CPanel better than an FTP client? Does the FTP client automate the clunky process used by CPanel? Can one option upload stuff the other option can’t?
