Add support for Custom game Directories

Why do you need this feature?

Currently, The only way to have multiple instances of Minecraft with Different mods is having it run in the %appdata%\.minecraft\versions folder, which has limitations, such as not being able to set a custom game directory. This makes having Custom mods on another folder location hard to manage because you need the actual .jar file of minecraft to be in the same folder as the Instance.

Suggest an implementation

In Instances > ----- > Config, Instead of the Isolated Instance button, change it to a Game Directory Button that allows users to choose the game directory.

Isolated Instance will force the game to run from files in %appdata%\.minecraft\versions\${version} , but this forces the folder to be inside the %appdata%\.minecraft folder, which means that existing minecraft installations to be moved into the folder, and doesn't let the user customize the location. This could be a problem for people who have their mods in a separate location to the .minecraft folder, as they need to move all their mods there

I think you can create a symlink to link your external instance to the versions folder to achieve this function.
The location of the instance that has been retrieved in versions cannot be modified, and you can't directly add a single external instance to the management of the .minecraft folder (if you don't copy it).
Doing this means I have to re-implement a set of instance management myself and it doesn't conform to the specifications of other launchers.
