Default / factory firmware for T-Watch S3

I got a Lilygo T-Watch S3, I've been tinkering with it and flashing different demos, and I'd like to reset it to the default image.

I tried the example called "factory", but that's very different from what it originally came from. For example, the original firmware showed an analog clock dial first, and one could scroll down to see 3 more variants of clock designs.

How can I reset it to the true factory firmware?

But which of these files it it? How can I identify mine?

Also, as I explained, the factory example that you point to is not the factory firmware that came with my watch. The one in the examples is some B&W horizontal slide-based menu, whereas the one that came with my watch had several watch designs coming up first, and then one could scroll / slide to see different options.
