Devices seen keep disconnecting and reconnecting.

Devices are goes offline even though they are connected to the wifi. Why? Only my windows pc is (192.168.31.31)

I have similar with a few wifi devices. Also some Apple devices. The apple devices save power and interestedly turn wifi off or send it to sleep.

I am using custom scan strings for arp-scan to solve especially the wifi issues. Looks you have a rather unstable network.
I am only experiencing this with wifi devices that have more than one hop ie mesh one access point to next to router.

Think you may want to experiment with your arp_str config.

Note re the above:
- 192.168.1.0/24 -gNx --retry=12 --timeout=100 --backoff=1.25 --bandwidth=500K -I eth0
This is the public general network range. Lots of wifi clients, coming and going. High retry count.

- 192.168.100.1-192.168.100.40 -gNx --retry=8 --timeout=50 --backoff=1.25 --bandwidth=500K -I eth0
This is the server LXC range. All wired/bridged. Low retry count as network is fast and responsive.

I would think you want to try something like
- 192.168.31.0/24 -gNx --retry=12 --timeout=100 --backoff=1.25 --bandwidth=500K -I eth0

You can simply add some settings to your arp_args.
Internally it calls "arp-scan", "-glNx", arpArgs, "-I", iface)". So just add --retry=12 --timeout=100 --backoff=1.25 --bandwidth=500K as ARG ARGS in your config and start trialing with retry count and bandwidth.
