Shoutrrr Broken?

Did something change in 2.1.4 w/ Shoutrrr? Mine ended up completely broken and I just see i/o timeout errors in the logs. Looked at everything as far as network, dns, etc. and all looked fine. Also used docker exec to get into the shell for the container and I was able to ping and resolve hostnames fine but got nothing but timeouts when trying to send notifications or attempt tests.

Reverted back to 2.1.3 image and everything is working fine again.

I have the same problem. Shoutrrr SMTP email notifications that worked in 2.1.3 are failing with i/o timeout errors.

I hate to revert back to 2.1.3 because I like some of the new features in 2.1.4. I hope this can be fixed.

It looks like adding &timeout=10s gets the test msg working again.
