Every filter should show the settings which is applied by default. Especially, the date range filter is normally “any date” and should thus have the project start to project end date range preselected.

Reset filters should reset filters, but also resets the number of records per page.

The current date range filter preset (current month) should be available by a preset filter selection button, link or menu, listing “all data”, “current month”, and ”last month“.

There should be two sum lines instead of the “total burned budget with current filter” line, one showing the sum of hours and budget currently being displayed and one with the total over all pages.

The CSV export is defective: daily rate must not have a currency, and it should apply the “de_DE.utf8” locale to all data (to be made configurable by #448).
