Demo Fixes

• put sliders on parameters
• load horizon and unload horizon sliders should be dynamic
• put transitions on load horizon
• fix rendering of unload horizon
• initialReadOffset renders new dataset at that readOffset
• pageSize renders new dataset at the currentReadOffset
• creates new instance of initialReadOffset and pageSize after user confirms on click
• add a 'Go' button for user to click for initialReadOffset and pageSize
• button can't be clicked unless initialReadOffset and pageSize values have changed
• sliders should have min/max values
