Only macos14 intel is affected

Its complaining that git-remote-http cannot find /usr/lib/libcurl.4.dylib. It is present in /usr/local/Cellar/curl

Jenkins isnt spinning up the orka nodes

Theyre back up. The jenkins access token had expired. Weve updated it with a new one

After installing curl via brew and setting the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH does the trick

export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/Cellar/curl/8.17.0/lib/:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH

Curl isnt installing via the playbooks in the packer build because the version of curl that comes with the OS is greater than what the playbooks require so it skips installation. The missing library libcurl.4.dylib comes with the brew install. Will do some more digging, I want to know why this isnt affecting the arm machines, and why we are just now seeing it

An updated MacOS 14 intel image is being pushed currently, https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/actions/runs/19534429127/job/55924969786, If this doesnt fix things Ill update the playbooks to install curl via brew on macos14 regardless if there is already one present, and then add DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/Cellar/curl/8.17.0/lib/:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH as a variable in the orka config for the macos14 intel nodes
