Ansible request for: Docker missing from test-ibmcloud-centosstream10-x64-1

Details:

test-ibmcloud-centosstream10-x64-1 does not appear to have docker installed.

This node has the sw.tool.docker tag, so I think the tests assume docker is on the machine already.

Yeah that should have docker on it. Suggests the playbooks may not be putting it on when they should be for that operating system. I've taken off the sw.tool.docker label for now while we do some tests.

Also, test-ibmcloud-centosstream10-x64-2 appears to have the same problem.

@Haroon-Khel @steelhead31 Ref discussions in the last week I've run dnf install docker-podman on test-ibmcloud-centosstream10-x64-2 and see if the jobs will "just work". Testing a re-run of Adam's sanity.external job (which ran on that machine) at https://ci.adoptium.net/job/Grinder/15597/

Well it's throwing exceptions but at least it got past the initial error described in this issue ... Will need to compare the output from that Grinder with a typical run of sanity.external elsewhere to see how much of a concern this is.

Hmmm that's gone red due to:

Having said that, the history of sanity.external for jdk17 doesn't look too great generally ...

This test suite is not looking very reliable:

• test-azure-ubuntu2404-x64-1
• test ibmcloud-rhel9-x64-1
• test-ibmcloud-ubuntu1604-x64-1

All fail with the YAML limit error and have the java heap space error while executing quarkus_test_0. Will raise a separate AQA issue.

Closing this as it seems to be working as well as it does elsewhere and I've also installed podman-docker on the other machine and reinstated the sw.tool.docker label on both of them.
