Replacing Segment With Own Not Showing Up for User

We replaced this segment  (_c30dfb4aab764cdd8f75bbc43cd7e0f8a42f62e37299b991b4bbfbb0ca7943d17_) with our own but our segment is not showing up. Note that the video below doesn't have sound, but notice that after we uploaded our own segment to replace the other, it didn't show up for us.
