Package does not show up in the package manager search

I'm running Sublime Text version 3.1.1 Build 3176 on WIndows 10.

Upon CTRL+SHIFT+P > Install > Indent XML, nothing shows up in the results

Same issue here, was able to fix it by registering a new repository targeting the git repository, more info here

I can't install it from package control:
