How do I disable dragging conditionally?

I tried adding the draggable attribute to the parent wrapper and it seems to disable dragging whether it's set to true or false.

Is there any update on this ? Is there a way to have items that are conditionally draggable ? In sortable js when setting "draggable" option with a selector, items matching the selector not only are not draggable but they are not moved if you drop over them. Is this behaviour achiavable in vue draggable ?
