Contents of Footer.html not resizing with full sidebar expanding

Django Black Pro 1.0.4

When compared to the LIVE demo installation, the downloaded & installed version does not resize the footer.html contents based on whether the left full side bar or mini side bar is open. On the LIVE demo the footer resizes, allowing the footer contents to be fully visible whether the full or mini side bar is active. But on the download version, the footer does not resize and when full left side bar is displayed it overlays the left portion of the footer,
