feature: Add Arch Linux theme as git submodule

1. Why is this change neccesary?
Because Netlify doesn't support the git clone method for installing themes and
we needed a way for Netlify to be able to have access to the theme.

2. How does it address the issue?
By adding the Arch Linux theme as a git submodule.

3. What side effects does this change have?
None.
