Improve user removal #1796
Description
- Send an email to confirm
- Send an email to notify the account is deleted
- Delete Google user
- Delete GitLab user
- Cleanup GitHub account (set to null: name, email, accessToken, lastLoggedAt, emails)
- Cleanup account (set name to null, set slug to deleted-{id}, all other fields to null)
