discussion: find a solution for SATS / 1000SATS #219

1000SATS seems to be a wrapper for 1000 unit of ordinals SATS just like 1000BONK, 1000PEPE etc
the issue is, we want to price 1000SATS but there isn't much source that list 1000SATS directly.
the two straight forward solutions are :
- we dont care, just add new fetcher on the exchange that list 1000SATS (not my favourite because 0 volume)
- do a currency hop from 1000SATS to SATS and do *1000 ourself (most relevant but may lead to innacurate price)
we will probably have the same issue for 1000PEPE as many exchange juste list PEPE directly
