External references

Neither Local or Remote references are resolved, despite them now being in the standard.
Thus something like:

definitions:
  Store:
    $ref: "./Store.yml"

Will fail the validation...

I facing similar issue which is $ref didn't working.

And i found that on oas-chow-chow library , which didn't resolve $ref actually, that why $ref not working

If you try start server by bin/www and access 127.0.0.1:3000/docs

You will find ref is load correctly but access 127.0.0.1:3000/api/foo?foo=bar only get the error.

I temporary fix that by using swagger-combine
