NPM publishes

Can we publish this library to npm and update auth0-lock to install it as normal as opposed to direct from github?

We just ran into a problem today with a Jenkins build inside a Docker container failing

npm ERR! fatal: unable to look up current user in the passwd file: no such user

As our userids are variable between build nodes, this is a requirement we cannot satisfy.
