Create list of .e/.bst/.lst creation scenarios for oracle LCC for feature parity testing

note: oracle LCC = original (C-based) LCC

• When attempting to assemble a .a program that has br cheese and halt (i.e. a non-existent label), oracle LCC (v63) creates a blank .e file, which, when executed, appears to run an infinite brz loop
• When attempting to assemble a .a program that has no text contents, oracle LCC (v63) creates .bst/.lst files that show only the bst/lst header, author, and blank line.
