Add hooks support to integrations tests

Currently testData does not support hooks.
We do have alternative tests that validate hook behavior, but it's not integrated in the test data generation.
Likely a low priority addition, since it's working with the current setup, but we might find it worth doing in the future.
One benefit is to have equal tests running on all implementations (TS, python and rust).
