Fix or remove raspbian-install.sh

raspbian-install.sh has major issues:

• it installs the wrong executable on aarch64, preventing it to work
• it installs an old version, leading to compatibility issues (for instance Failing to start on Raspberry Pi Zero W running Bullseye: D-Bus failure #416)

It should be either fixed or may be replaced by documentation if it cannot be maintained anymore.
