Assisstive technology - Orca screen reader?

While various linux distributions offer ability to fire up orca screenreader during initial installation, using the super+alt+S keystroke, which then allows blind/visually-impaired individuals to continue with the process, it seems unavailable when booting up omarchy for the first time?
