Screen record when multiple monitors are present, tiles the video / workspaces

See the attached video as an example. the screen record+region is off and I'm not really sure how to fix it. This only happens on multiple monitors. I've tried all sorts of things to get it to work but the only thing that consistently works is if i disconnect the other monitor.

This will get fixed by #3401

I believe this will also get fixed when omarchy updates to a newer version of gpu-screen-recorder in the repository, even without #3401
