Punctuation Model folder doesn't contain a model

Hello,
I am currently using two VOSK models for a Speech-to-Text program and need punctuation. I downloaded the vosk-recasepunc-en-0.22 model from https://alphacephei.com/vosk/models, but there aren’t any model files. Do I need to implement it into one of the established model folders? I am currently using the vosk-model-small-en-us-0.15 and the vosk-model-small-es-0.42. Thank you.
