Move to a TypeScript data file, that is rendered with Next.js

1. Export spreadsheet as TSV file
2. Convert it into a JSON file
3. Create a TypeScript definition for the JSON file
4. Create a Next.js website that consumes it
5. Add sorting, filtering, etc to the website
6. Optionally publish the data file to npm, like we do for https://github.com/bevry/staticsitegenerators-list
