Request: setup manual interaction contrast

Client wants to make "interaction" contrast, essentially comparing two contrasts: (Treated_ko - Control_ko) - (Treated_wt - Control_wt). This would give in LIMMA the test to see if treatment effect is differenent in the two group KO vs WT.
