Multipart uploads to s3 #54
Description
With the release of rails 6.1 ActiveStorage will have the ability to use resumable Multipart uploads to S3 https://github.com/rails/rails/pull/35931/files.
Will it be possible to use this provider with multipart direct to s3 uploads and would it be possible to add methods for pausing/resuming uploads?
