EC keys not generated over pkcs# module

Anybody have any information, how i can generate EC keypair in token over pkcs#11 module?
I see this point in generate menu but all variants end with error:

And i always get error::
The following error occurred:
PKCS#11 function 'C_GenerateKeyPair' failed: CKR_TEMPLATE_INCONSISTENT

The token author can tell you more. If it is open source, you or me could take a look at the code ourselves.
Maybe XCA is doing something wrong here, but on the other hand it works with other tokens.
